If you are having problem withdrawing some items.
99% of the time, it means that the bot that hold your item is Busy refreshing it's inventory or Steam is down.
What you should do is wait for around 10minutes and try again, it can take up to 30minutes for the bot to refresh it's inventory so be patient :)
If you are still unable to withdraw after more than 30minutes of waiting, send us a support ticket with the English Item Name so we can investigate.
